What kind of appliance is it?
This appliance is a Combination boiler (combi) with an integrated 15 litre store. This means it heats water when you draw a tap. It doesn't need a external water storage tank or a cylinder because the boiler's connected directly to the water mains, heating water as its needed.
When was the boiler manufactured?
This boiler was first manufactured from 2002 to 2008 and this particular model is no longer being produced. Our later combination boilers that had integrated storage were the ecoTEC 937 and ecoTEC 938.
